What did I do for Halloween?
I went to the Evergreen-Washelli Cemetery and took pictures.
Wait until you see what I’m going to do for Christmas!

There are stories galore to be found in cemeteries. So much history, love stories, tragedies, everything. The older the cemetery the better. Great pictures.

Hi Vi
My cousin, grandparents, great grandparents, an aunt and some of my uncles are buried at Washelli- so as you can imagine I am familiar with it.
I decided to photograph there because I was running out of daylight and was familiar with the area and had an idea about what I wanted to photograph this time around.
I plan on taking some winter shots at at other cemeteries soon- probably its going to be more of a challange but that’s okay

Enjoyed meeting you here (Washelli cemetery) on All Hallow’s Eve, Anita! From one “soul-sister” to another. I too got lots of beautiful photos, hung around a bit longer as dusk slowly fell, and the shadows disappeared deep into the lovely darkness…
